For Online purchases, we only accept paypal and most major credit cards (processed by stripe).

We usually only accept advance payment however we do provide credit payment terms for businesses and institutions on approved credit only. Contact us directly for more information.

We generally only accept most major 3D file formats such as STL & OBJ file format. You can easily export your 3D model into these formats via the export function in most 3D modeling software.

The typical lead time for industrial 3D Printing is about 5-7 business days. However, It also depends on the dimensions of your model, material choice and post processing requirements. Don’t worry we will let you know when you contact us for quotation.

We only provide delivery in Singapore for orders above SGD250.

For international clients we generally ship via DHL, UPS or FEDEX equivalent. If you are making a purchase online, delivery charges will be automatically quoted upon checkout. For offline purchase, our sales representative will be there to assist you.
